WHY DONATE TO YM?
American Muslim youth are experiencing a crisis of faith. Our recent Muslim Youth Issues surveys have shown that 41% of Muslim youth meet the cutoff of experiencing a significant number of depressive symptoms and that 7 in 10 Muslim youth have felt judged or shamed by another Muslim in a Muslim space. We recognize the struggles that Muslim American youth endure because we had to go through them too. For over 25 years, Young Muslims is run for the youth, by the youh to combat these issues by providing Muslim youth with a network of communities for them to establish lifelong relationships. We build dedication in the youth to give back to the community and mentor that dedication by providing our Leadership with training, resources, a network of connections, and growth opportunities for their skillset.
